I felt the need to ask you a random question today. So I've been seeing more 'image description' posts lately, and for the most part I understand the need for them. But for some reason, it just feels redundant when it's done to memes, because memes seem pretty self-explanatory on there own, it's not like there's some hidden message or something. I don't know, it just seemed odd to me that's all.

Oh! Well they’re for people who have sight problems as well as people who have trouble with image processing. So they can know what the image/.gif is and get the message/sentiment behind the image/.gif.
